However, we are not liable for any data breaches and are not responsible for any damages or harm incurred as a result of these third-party vendors. We only have access to your name and email when you make a purchase. We do not have access your credit card information.
  • If you create a user profile on our Site, you will be asked to create a username and password. We may access your name and username, but we do not have access to your password.

Email service provider—we use SiteGround as our email service provider. We use ConvertKit to collect names and email addresses and to use that information to deliver email newsletters, updates, and/or email marketing.

Payment processor—we use PayPal and Stripe to process payments for our ecommerce business. PayPal and Stripe will have access to your personal data including name, address, and credit card number. However, we only receive information to fulfill your order and have no access to your payment information. 

Other third parties

We may disclose personally identifiable information to contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to reasonably support our business. We will only share your personal data with these third-parties to the extent necessary to provide our product and/or services to you.

In the event our business, or a portion thereof, is sold, or otherwise transferred, including bankruptcy, we may share personal data in connection with this transaction.  

How we protect your information

We employ data security tools to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Pursuant to Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), a copyright owner or their agent may submit a takedown notice to us via our DMCA Agent listed below. As an internet service provider, we are entitled to claim immunity from said infringement claims pursuant to the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To submit a good faith infringement claim to us, you must submit the notice to us that sets forth the following information:

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

Said notification must be given in writing to our DMCA Agent and must contain substantially the following elements pursuant to 17 USC Section 512(g)(3):

Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright infringement very seriously. Pursuant to the repeat infringer policy requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we maintain a list of DMCA notices from copyright holders and make a good faith effort to identify any repeat infringers. Those that violate our internal repeat infringer policy will have their accounts terminated.
